KindaFax

An open-source, instant messaging software, you can host yourself! Designed for the modern web, KindaFax is a new take on 2000s-era web communication, inspired by services like MSN and AOL Instant Messenger.

The concept began as messaging system using recept printers exclusively. While planning, I found that, I was basically creating an instant messenger, and decided, without much work, the project could be expand to not only use recept printers, but also have clients for other platforms and devices.
